The horror franchise, “Saw” released another gruesome film, “Saw X” to theaters in September 2023.

This sequel revolves around a serial killer named John Kramer who experiences heartbreak and affliction. John discloses his identity with a puppet resembling a clown, claiming to be “Jigsaw.” He starts to kidnap people and place them in torture devices, forcing them to play a game. The only way to escape is to solve a puzzle. His motive was to enlighten people regarding the value of life and for him to decide whether or not they “deserved to live” while he continued to suffer an inseparable death from cancer.

“Saw I” to “Saw IX,” narrate the storylines of multiple people who have discarded their lives. The victims including drug dealers, scammers, and suicidal individuals who were put into inescapable rooms as test subjects. While Jigsaw enjoyed the scenes through his cameras, the targets were desperately seeking an exit.

The latest film, “Saw X” gives the viewers a flashback of John’s villain origin story. It provides a glimpse into the past by describing John’s encounters with scammers who claimed to have healed his cancer in Mexico. He plots the traps and skillfully uses his antics to lure the people right where he needs them.

“Saw X” is currently available in AMC theaters, Cinemark theaters, and more.
