Examples for what to wear to winter formal.

As Winter Formal approaches, students become more desperate, struggling to find appropriate clothing options to wear to the dance. It’s the perfect time to plan your outfit and ensure you’re dressed to impress. In this article, we’ll explore some simple yet stylish ideas for both guys and girls attending a high school winter formal. As the theme of the evening is northern lights, some may want to stick with the items below.

This year’s winter formal theme is Northern Lights. If you are a guy you may want to wear a navy suit or darker colors such as black, gray, or a dark green. In order to try and match the theme. Fallan Beck, a sophomore, has stated he will be wearing a “Hot pink tuxedo with glitter shoes and a glitter pink tie.” Yes it may not match the colors as well as black or gray but as long as you enjoy your outfit then that is all that matters.

Now if you are a girl you would typically want to wear similar darker colors. Tania Haring, who is a senior at Cypress, mentioned how she is going to wear a “long blue dress with silver lining.” Female students last year wore mostly dresses and some even wore khakis and a button up. At the end of the day it is up to you on what you want to wear to this big event.
